All our lenses are expertly customised to suit you, with the goal of giving you the best visual experience possible. We pride ourselves on using Australian owned an operated laboratories, with focus on quality and sustainability.

Our individualised range of optical lenses are created through a combination of detailed recommendations, technical expertise and innovative designs. Our aim is to give you an exceptional visual experience, so that your vision is the best it can be for the tasks at hand.
All of our lenses are made with superior craftsmanship, using premium materials, with focus on sustainability and Australian made.
High index material. This material has a higher refractive index than a standard lens, which means your lenses are thinner, lighter, and more comfortable to wear. The process of manufacturing this material produces 80% less waste than a standard lens.
Anti-reflective and anti-glare coatings are included with all our lenses. These are vital for the clearest vision possible, minimising reflections on the front and back surface of your lenses. With reflections gone, more light passes through the lens to optimise your vision with fewer distractions (especially at night), and the lenses look nearly invisible. Our coatings also provide maximum UV and SPF protection, even without being tinted. Learn more here
Blue Light coating is optional for any lens, and is recommended for people spending a lot of time on digital devices. Not all blue light coatings are created equal! Excessive exposure to blue light can disrupt your sleeping pattern and cause eye strain. Our premium Blue Light coatings filter out harmful blue light emitted from digital screens and artificial light sources. Learn more here

SHAW Lenses. This unique patent-pending technology accurately models eye rotation in order to provide a lens that takes into account how both eyes work together. Eyre Eye Centre is the only practice on the Eyre Peninsula with access to this technology. Learn more here

ONE: We carry out your eye assessment and calculate your prescription.
TWO: We help you select frames that will compliment your face shape and visual environment. We use VisuFit technology to calculate your individual lens and frame fitting parameters - read more about VisuFit here
THREE: We work closely with our lens laboratories to create your customised glasses, which will be ready for collection in approximately 7-10 business days from order.

UV protection is a necessity from a young age. UV damage significantly increases your risk of early eye disease, such as macular degeneration and cataracts. Did you know you can get skin cancers on your eyelids, and also cancers in your eyeball?
Prevention is always better than cure, which is why we always recommend a quality pair of sunglasses to complete your eye wear package.

Anyone with a current glasses prescription, including progressive lenses, can easily have prescription sunglasses.
Your lenses have many customisable options, such as polarisation, mirrored, various coloured tints, light adaptive lenses (photochromatic), and gradient. With so many choices, we will guide you to the perfect solution for your lifestyle.

We provide complimentary adjustments and servicing for the life of your glasses.
A 2 year warranty on all frames and lenses (excluding our value range) against manufacturing faults and defects. This does not include normal wear and tear.
A lifetime service warranty for our eyewear, including free adjustments, cleaning, replacement of nose pads, screws and general care to keep your glasses comfortable and looking good.
A 3 month prescription warranty on all our prescriptions. If you have difficulty adapting to your new prescription, we will modify the lenses at no charge.

If you hold a pension or health care card, you will be eligible for our concession packages. Please ask our staff for details.

For your convenience we can process optical benefit claims for all health funds using our HICAPS system.
